At Thenee, we give users control over their personal data. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal information at any time.

If you still have access to the app, the fastest way to delete your account is from inside the app.

Delete your account in the app

  1. Open the Thenee app
  2. Go to Profile → My Account
  3. Tap Delete My Account
  4. Confirm your request

If your account is eligible for deletion, your account will be deleted and your login access will be disabled.

When account deletion may be temporarily blocked

This form is for users who cannot access the app. If you can log in, the fastest way to delete your account is from Profile → My Account in the Thenee app.
