These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Thenee, operated by Aadyash Technologies Private Limited. By accessing or using Thenee, you agree to these Terms.

1. Platform Overview

Thenee is a digital marketplace that connects individuals or businesses seeking help with tasks ("Consumers") with individuals who provide services ("Helpers").

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use the platform.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, keep your account credentials secure, comply with applicable laws, and avoid fraud, harassment, abuse, misrepresentation, or unlawful conduct.

4. Payments, Wallet, and Escrow

Payments may be processed through approved third-party providers. Funds may be held in escrow until task completion and any required confirmation. Platform fees may apply. Withdrawals or payouts may require identity verification or additional compliance checks.

5. Helper Responsibilities

Helpers are responsible for the quality, legality, and timely completion of the services they agree to provide.

6. Platform Role

Thenee acts as a platform facilitator and does not independently perform the services listed by Helpers. Disputes between Consumers and Helpers may be reviewed through platform support processes, but Thenee is not a direct party to the underlying service arrangement except where required by law.

7. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the platform where we reasonably believe there has been misuse, fraud, unlawful activity, policy violation, failed verification, or risk to the platform or its users.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Thenee is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for disputes arising directly between users.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of India, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection or local law.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
